White Wines



There is a classification of white wines on six styles:


Dry wines of an easy body - the drinks sustained in steel capacities which as tasters speak, have "steel" character. Basically, they are done of grades of grapes of Gevjurtstraminer, the Muscat, by Vione, Has fallen-mino, Tokaj-Pino-Gri. Accordingly fault Gevjurtstraminer and Vione, Alsace Muscats and Tokai, Austrian Grjuner Veltliner and Muller-Turgau, Californian Fume Blan, Australian and South African Sovinon Blan, and also Greek Retsina are called.

Sweet white wines contain to 18 % of alcohol.


As a rule, become from grapes of Shenen Blan, Moskatel, Sovinon Blan, Semijon, Tokaj-Pino-Gri.


This grade of white wines concern known French Sauterne and Barsac, Hungarian Tokajj Aszu (Tokaj Assu), German Eiswein and Italian Vin Santo (Vin Santo).


Before giving on a table it is required to cool to 8 - 10 °C.


These wines are intended for dessert support.
