Temperature and Storage
As to temperature of submitted wine here there is such rule: the wine is warmer, the its aroma is more strongly felt, and sweet and acidity of taste, the amplifies more coldly, the it is more than bitterness and tanninity at it is present. Thus, red wines of a full body, tannin, long-term endurance move at temperature 18 °C, red an average body, with the average maintenance of tannins prefer - 16 °C. And here easy red grades of fruit taste, for example Beaujolais, it is recommended to consume at temperature 12-14 °C.
Pink wines on consumption temperature are equated, as a rule, to simple white wines. Dessert, fortified wines can be cooled before consumption to temperature 12-16 °C. Sparkling grades on which label manufacturing date is specified, cool to 6 - 9 °C and where year of harvesting - to 12 - 14 °C is put down.
To keep wine in an open bottle in house conditions it is possible, having poured wine in smaller container and densely to close a stopper. So, the volume of air co-operating with wine, will decrease. To hold bottles with a drink it is better in cool 12 - 16 °C, a dark place as light, especially day, has negative influence on quality of wine, humidity should make not less than 70 %, that a stopper not drying.
