Pink Wine Manufacture
To make pink wine it is possible in two ways. The first is rather primitive, it consists in mixing of white wine with a small amount of the red. In Europe this method is forbidden, except for area Champagne in France where it use for champagne reception. The second way represents as though interrupted process of manufacture of red wine brands. That is, after fruits of red grapes during a fermentation have given juice of demanded colour, it wring out and leave to wander at temperature 18-20 °C.
