Aroma
In general aroma of wine is defined by grapes grade of which it is made. High-quality wine can contain the whole bouquets of the aromas which occurrence depends also on fermentation and endurance conditions. Thus, there are wines with shades of colours, fruit, vanilla, honey, wax, caramel, a tree, pitch and so on. Tasters at an estimation of a smell of a drink use the term "nose" if say that «wine with a long nose», it means that at it a rich bouquet. Most full to feel scale of smells it is possible having shaken a glass with wine circular motions, thereby having mixed with air, then to bring it to a nose and intensively to inhale.
