After Tasting
After-tasting - the important characteristic of wine allowing even more full to feel taste and a bouquet. How long it remains in a mouth, judges distinguish "long" and "short". The first type is left by the high-quality wines, capable to remain till 15 seconds. Some tasters name them «the wines dismissing the peacock tail». However the majority of wines made today - "short". They can leave at once good impression, but in 2-3 seconds "disappear".
